Welcome to Tangerine Street

Tangerine Street is a must-see tourist stop with a colorful mix of one-of-a-kind boutiques, unique restaurants, eclectic museums, quaint bookstores, and exclusive bed-and-breakfasts. The Mariposa Hotel, a new resort, has revitalized Seashell Beach, bringing new life to the sleepy beach town. In the charming gardens of the hotel sits a three-hundred-year-old wishing well transported from Mexico. One toss of the coin, a sincere wish, and lives are changed forever…

review MH

I really enjoyed this “novel in three parts”, and I enjoyed all three parts of this novel.  Usually in a novella collection there is at least one story that I don’t care for as much as the others, but that was not the case with The Mariposa Hotel.  Each part was well-written and very much kept me engaged and invested in the outcome.  The characters were dimensional and developed as much as possible in a reduced word count, and the romances were sweet but full of chemistry. There were some pretty nice kisses, too 😉

Bottom Line: This is a really nice novella set bracketed with clean but electric romances, strong characters, and sweet themes.  The setting of Tangerine Street gives a small town feel to the stories, and the oceanside Hotel sweeps readers up in the magic of its fountain.  Recommended for anyone looking for a light read who doesn’t want to sacrifice quality.

(I received a copy of this book in exchange for only my honest review.)
