The Readers Appreciation Giveaway continues today with a message from Nicole Deese, an author whose books I’m DYING to read!! ASAP. I need an entire month off from everything else except reading to make the slightest of dents in my TBR continent – and Nicole’s books are top of my list.
How much do I love my readers?
Oh goodness! I’ll try to put my answer into words. I love my readers more than a surprise delivery of spring tulips. And more than a mid-summer sunset on a sandy beach. And more than a chai tea latte and tall boots on a rainy fall day. And more than the smell of a freshly cut Christmas tree in winter. Truly, with every season that passes, my gratitude for you grows. You are such a huge source of inspiration to me. God has used your emails, your private messages, your social media posts, and your reviews to inspire, challenge, and encourage me.
Thank you for giving the dream of my heart a place in yours.
-Nicole Deese
One of the books that someone will win in the Readers Appreciation Giveaway is Nicole’s latest novel A Season to Love.
At this point in her life, bravery is not a trait Willa Hart would readily claim. She believes her seven-year-old daughter, Savannah, who never knew her father and successfully tackled chemotherapy, is truly the courageous one. Yet after Willa has a fateful encounter with handsome young doctor Patrick McCade, her outlook—and her view of herself—begins to change.
Patrick, a thrill-seeking world traveler and temporary resident of Lenox, Oregon, sets out to show Willa the value of adventure, even within her tiny town. But just when their friendship shows signs of turning into something more, Patrick’s life as a traveling doctor calls him back. Will his last days in town signal the end of their journey, or will Patrick and Willa find the courage to transform a single season into a lifetime?

O, Nicole DeeDee! Your books are new to me, but I’ve heard such great things already that it’s on my TBR list for sure! Thanks for being part of this!
” A Season to Love” gained a five star review from me, it’s one of my favorite books of the year. Carrie, push it on up that to-read pile. You will love it!
I gave my copy to our church library, if I win one, it’s going to stay on my shelf to enjoy over and over.

Nicole is another new author to me. A Season To Love sounds like a great one to read. Thanks for this giveaway!
Nicole, I love the sound of this book. Truly I think me and your character were cut from the same cloth. Thank you for sharing with us readers that haven’t read you yet.
Definitely been wanting to read this one for a while! Btw.. love your book cover! It caught my eye while I was book hunting on amazon 🙂
Nicole, this has been on my TBR, and I soooo can’t wait to read it!! The cover is devine. <3
Very romantic plot line.
I think I have read all of your books except for A Season to Love. I absolutely LOVE your Letting Go series. I read All for Anna and I was hooked! Then I did a little Amazon stalking of you and read every book by you I could find! 🙂 A Season to Love is on my way too long “to be read” list. Can’t wait to get to it! I know it will be great!
I just love the books of yours that I’ve read (I have two more waiting on my kindle) and I recommend you to my friends!
I get all fangirl whenever an authir interacts with me (replies to my comment or likes one of my pics on IG). I know they’re regular people, but authors have super powers!
yes, yes, they totally do 🙂
Carrie – I love the phrase “TBR continent” and plan to steal it! Thanks for making me aware of Nicole Deese – I added A Season to Love to my wish list.
LOL! You may use it freely 🙂
I just finished reading one of her books. (All for Anna) I very much enjoyed her book.
Hi Nicole!I have this book sitting here taunting me. I need to get to it SOON! I have a couple more books I need to read/review before I can read it, and it’s killing me! It looks so delicious! I’m trying to figure out how to clone myself so one of me can just read, while the other does all the daily stuff. Thanks for sharing your talents with us and for joining the fun giveaway. It’s so much fun getting to know all of you awesome authors better! Hugs!!
your books taunt you too?? 🙂
Yes! There are several of them doing just that at this very moment! My flower gardens are also taunting me (well, to be more accurate, the weeds in my gardens are taunting me), but I find I can ignore them quite readily. I really do need to get to them, though. I have a bunch of red geraniums that need to be planted, too. AAARRGGHH! Why am I sitting here when I should be out there working?? Oh, it’s raining, I can’t go out now! Saved by the rain!! Sorry about the rambling post! 🙂
LOL!! I love your comments, Winnie 🙂
Can’t say any of them do.
your books don’t taunt you? Yours must be better behaved than mine then. What’s your secret? 🙂
Will G must not have nearly as many as we do, Carrie! They tend to get more unruly the more you have, I think. 🙂
This is probably true 🙂
Nicole, your stories are new to me. I’ve read awesome reviews. I’m looking forward to reading your stories. 🙂
I had to Google La Croix to find out what it is. Sounds good. Nicole’s book sounds like one I’d like to read. I’d have to be sure to have it in paperback though, so I could look often at the cover. 🙂
Nicole
I’m looking forward to reading your book! I’ve enjoyed following you on Facebook and Instagram you’re really funny.
Keep using the gifts God has given you.
I loved this series!!!
Hi Nicole! I read All For Anna and All She Wanted years ago. Somehow I missed book 3 in that series I’ll have to go back and get it.
I see that this book is available as Read and Listen for Free with Kindle Unlimited, I’m adding it to my list right now. I got a new phone recently that is way smarter than I am but with it I have learned that I love listening to books while doing boring things like dishes and laundry.
Carrie, you are quickly filling up all my TBR and wish lists with these amazing authors.
Yay! 🙂
Nicole, you love us readers more than a chai tea latte?? Now that’s extra special with whipped cream because those lattes are up on my tippy top favorite hot tea drinks in winter….haha!! WOW 🙂
That being said, I haven’t read this book yet, though it is on my leaning tower of Pisa want-to-read list. Though unlike Elizabeth’s comment, I’d need at least a year to make a dent in my pile!! And I’m not so sure if that still enough time….
If everyone quit writing books for like a year, then MAYBE I could put a dent in mine. But where’s the fun in that? Lol
HAHA….good one Carrie! But then what would we read after that year?? 😀
Well…. Hmmmm
I haven’t read your books – yet, but this looks like a great one to start with!!
Totally loving the cover! Sounds like a great book to add to my TBR – a fresh story line!
Patrick needs to stay and help them! Lol I guess I will have to find out!
