It’s that time again – time to take a look at my favorite reads from the month of November!

I feel like I had a bit of a reading slump in November. One reason is that I just didn’t read as many books because I was busy with other posts, etc. But there were also just more books in the mix last month that I considered “okay” – or even good – but not books I would put on my favorites shelf.

However, I can already tell that December is shaping up to be a month with lots of favorites!

But, without further yakking, let’s see which books made my list of faves for November 🙂

So… yeah… not a ton of faves in November… BUT already in December (we’re only on day 5) I’ve got two. Ordinary Snowflakes & Abducted.

What about you? What were some of YOUR fave reads last month?

  1. You just totally made my day!! I read some awesome books in November: Ronie Kendig’s Conspiracy of Silence as well as Accelerant and Pepper D. Basham’s The Thorn Healer. Those were my top 3.

  2. Rebecca Maney

I loved “Ordinary Snowflakes” as well. “Giver of Wonders” by Roseanna White was one of my very favorites last month. Also on the list were “The Thorn Healer”, “Where Two Hearts Meet” (Liz Johnson), “When Love Arrives” (Johnnie Alexander)”The Ring Master’s Wife”(Kristy Cambron) and “Bespoke – A tiny Christmas Tale” (Amanda Dykes).

And I agree, “The Promise of Rayne” was awesome!

The Thorn Healer will make my December list – and Where Two Hearts Meet too I’m sure. I reviewed Giver of Wonders and When Love Arrives for RT and loved them both!

I can’t remember when I officially read some of them…but The Thorn Healer, Finding Margo, The Sound of Diamonds were really good! Haha!

  4. MH

Ah, The Promise of Rayne and Finding Margo were good reads.
I did read Seven Brides for Seven Texans (good, predictable fast read), A Country Christmas (good, fast, cute stories), Pattern Artist (intriguing), and To Move the World (fantastic writing style).

  5. Winnie Thomas

The Promise of Rayne, Ordinary Snowflakes, Giver of Wonders, Wild Montana Skies. I just finished The Thorn Healer (still swooning over August, had to turn my air conditioning back on. LOL)

I read Giver of Wonders for RT – such a great book! And YES – August. Whew. Goodness, that man 😀

I actually read quite a few great ones last month, some new and some a little older: Tangled Webs, Can’t Help Falling, The Lady and the Lionheart, The Promise of Rayne, The Colonel’s Lady, The Huntress of Thornbeck Forest, From the Start, Like Never Before, and Keep Holding On.

I thought I might hit a slump as I waited for my big stack of books from my husband on Christmas morning, but December has already started off wonderfully with Finding Margo and A Royal Christmas Wedding! And, as always, your post today just adds a few more to my Amazon wish list. Thanks, Carrie, for the great recommendations!
