Unexpected Holiday Blessings
Finding twin five-year-old boys on his doorstep isn’t the first surprise Reverend Benjamin Lahaye has faced lately. Emery Wilkes, the new schoolteacher the town has hired, turns out to be a very pretty woman—not the man they’d been expecting. And though the twins and Emmy are only boarding with Ben until Christmas, the arrangement feels all too natural.
Emmy has moved to Minnesota to put loss behind her. Marriage would mean forsaking her position and her purpose, and Ben is an honorable man who understands her refusal to wed. But as he gets closer to tracking down the little boys’ father, Emmy realizes just how much she wants their sweet temporary family to become permanent.

Have a great weekend!!
you too, Susan! 🙂
It is nice to meet you Gabrielle. This book sounds so good. I will read it. The picture is awesome as well as the blurb. Pulled me right in. Merry Christmas and a Happy and Blessed New Year!
isn’t that a gorgeous cover?! 🙂
Yes, my maternal grandfather was a fraternal twin. I have cousins on that same side who are fraternal twins, his nieces and now my brother’s daughter has a set of fraternal twins. 🙂 So it is a possibility with my children to have twins but none so far.
how fun!
There were twins in my dad’s family. None since then.
🙂
we do have twins in the family. My husband’s sister had twins (a boy and a girl). My husband and I were pregnant with twins but it wasn’t meant to be. I miscarried one and was pregnant with the other twin in my fallopian tube.
oh Kay, I’m so sorry ❤
We don’t have any twins in my family as far as I know. Not in touch with my father’s side of the family anymore. Thanks for the giveaway and good luck everyone.
❤
My dad is one of THREE sets of twins in his family (same father & mother). Plus, there were four single births in between each set. Yep…that’s a total of 10 kids!
WOW! My grandfather was one of 2 sets of twins and interestingly enough he and one of the other twin brothers looked nearly identical. And my grandpa’s twin sister and the other twin brother looked alike. lol.
My father was a twin.
fun!
No twins in my family.
🙂
I do have twins in my family! My great-grandpa was a twin. My brother has twin two-year-old girls! They are adorable, and quite the handful!
awwww! ❤
I had twin sisters that passed away 6 years ago within 3 months of each other. My husband’s father was a twin–a sister. I have a cousin that had 13 children (gasp) with one set of twins–a boy and girl. She has 3 children that have boy and girl sets of twins!
This sounds like a sweet Christmas story. I’ll put it on my wish list!
THIRTEEN CHILDREN??? good grief! lol
Right! She has nerves of steel. They were all well-behaved and all have turned out to be amazing people. A few years ago she told me she had 35 grandkids under the age of 8 and some older. I can’t imagine how she keeps them all straight. 😀
OY. lol.
My dad had an identical twin brother and my cousins, a boy and girl are twins.
oh wow!
This sounds like a very interesting book that I would like to read.
good luck! 🙂
My cousin has twin granddaughters.
fun!!
We have identical twin grand-daughters. One year when they were 9, we took them Christmas shopping to Walmart. Brooke ran in the direction where the toys were located and Lauren took off for the are where the clothes are.
It was a great day but Grandpa and I were tired when we got home.
haha love it!
NO twins in our family 🙂
No twins that I know of. But on my husband’s side and several friends have twins.

No twins here. My children are friends with tons of twins though.
that’s interesting!
We have lots of sets of twins. We need more though. LOL

No twins that I know of in any of my family.
We do not have any twins in my family. The story sounds good, I will have to put it on my wish list. Thank you for the giveaway opportunity.
you’re welcome!
Thank you for hosting my story, Carrie! I do have a set of twins! Judah & Asher are seven and they were the templates for the twin boys in The Gift of Twins. It was so much fun to create the twin boys in the story, because I just imagined how my boys would react in that situation and went from there.
i love that ❤
My husband has twin cousins.
yay!
The only twins I am aware of was an aunt and uncle/brother and sister of my fathers.
that counts 😀
There are no twins in our family. I always wanted a set of twins. 🙂
My uncles are fraternal twins. It would be awesome having another set one of these days. Twins are adorable. 🙂
Yes my mom and aunt were twins!
