What do I do with your info when you comment on a post/page or subscribe to updates or enter a giveaway? Am I holding your email address hostage? (No I am not) What the heck even is GDPR??
- I am not holding your email address hostage 🙂 With every post update email you receive, there is a handy ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom. If you don’t unsubscribe before May 25, 2018, I am going to assume you want to continue receiving post updates from Reading Is My SuperPower (thank you! ♥) But of course you are free to unsubscribe at any time.
- When you fill out the subscription form or follow me on social media or comment on a post/page or enter a giveaway, I get the info you filled out. I only use this info for the purpose you intended and I never sell or give your info to a third party. Because that’s just rude.
Now that this boring stuff is out of the way, let’s chat…
What book are you currently reading? 😀
Backcountry Brides Barbour Collection by 8 authors. Great so far!
Oh, I hope you enjoy the book, Paula!! 🙂
Right now, I am reading The Captured Bride by Michele Griep. Good story.
Ooo yay! I get to read that one soon!
Is the GDPR a US regulation or a EU regulation? I’m confused.
It’s EU but it applies to any of us who have subscribers from the EU
The only one who will enforce this is the EU not the US. But it probably doesn’t hurt to update your website to be compliant with the EU.
That’s what I figured – better safe than sorry
I know I have been getting tons of emails about it, but was clueless. Thanks for the heads-up! I am starting Chasing Secrets by Lynette Eason tonight. When I turn the last page on that book, I can check the complete box on 2 of my unfinished series!
I’m reading “The Coincidence of Coconut” at the present. I’m really enjoying it too.
Ooo I enjoy that author!
I am reading “A Sister In My House”
I am on the last few chapters of No Less Days by Amanda G. Stevens and I love it but trying to digest it!
