Happy Wednesday! Today, I’m continuing once again with my NEW QUARTER NEW RELEASES (yay!) series for this week. As 2018 winds to a close, we are looking at the great books (and covers!) coming out in September-December. SO MANY GOOD BOOKS. My TBR pile is whimpering from its storage unit on a separate planet. But i LOVE it. #bookwormproblems

Here is the schedule of posts so you can zero in on your fave genre!

Monday: Contemporary Fiction (non-Amish & non-suspense)
Tuesday: Speculative/YA (and some children’s reads)
TODAY: Historical Fiction
Thursday: Amish Fiction
Friday: Mystery/Suspense
Saturday: Non-Fiction

If you want to know more about each book, clicking on the covers will take you to that book’s Goodreads page.

Are y’all ready for these gorgeous covers?!? Brace yourselves (and your list, Susan!) – your TBR pile won’t know what hit it 😉

I love them all. You are so right about not being able to pick just one to like. It is so hard.

  2. Amber Perry

CANNOT WAIT!! My history-loving heart is all a-flutter. So many beautiful stories just waiting to be read! <3 <3 And I do hope that SBAH is worthy of your good praises, Carrie. Thank you for including it! YAY!! (Also, the heroine in that book is often called Carrie…so…. 😉 LOL HUGS!

As I was reading the blog post I thought. “wow I can’t wait to see which ones she picks are her faves, because they are ALL so pretty…”

and then the “I can’t even” just cracked me up

Just when I thought my wish list was barely contained, you post all of these. I can’t choose . . . but “Becoming Mrs. Lewis” sounds so interesting and I dearly love Amber Lynn Perry’s covers . . . . and I want to steal the necklace off of “The Cumberland Bride” . . . !

  6. Paula Shreckhise

I am getting some if them, yay! But I don’t see Tamara Alexander ‘s With This Pledge. It comes out December 9.
I want so many of them and they are all so pretty! Thanks for filling in my TBR list. Mine is threatening me! “ I want to be read, Pick me up! “

  7. Oh my!!! Look at all of these gorgeous covers!! I’ve only started to get in to historical so you can imagine how long my list is going to be!!?? Thank you so much Carrie!??

haha i know you prefer the other categories but since i’ve forced … i mean… since you’re starting to get into historical I had a feeling this might blow your lists up 😛

  8. Connie Scruggs

???? I just added a bunch to my Goodreads “want to read “ list!! I might have to quit my job so I can have time to read them all.

  9. Winnie Thomas

What??? Just when I thought I had a chance of getting (mostly) caught up sometime in the next decade, you spring this list on me, Carrie!!! I must go take some anti-anxiety medication!! 😀

I can’t choose favorite covers or ones I’m most excited about, either! I want and need all of them! Good thing my birthday is coming up soon. . . and then there’s Christmas!!!

  10. Julie

Thanks Carrie for posting this. I am very much looking forward to reading An Hour Unspent by Roseanna M. White, and In Times Gone By written by Tracie Peterson. I have read the other books in those series and they are wonderful!

  11. Oh, for an unlimited budget! I definitely need Julie Klassen’s next book in the Ivy Hill series, and I’m loving the covers on Mary Connealy’s new series.
