Happy Tuesday! Today’s Top Ten Tuesday theme is our Fall TBR list so I thought I’d do a Fall 2019 cover love post based on the colors that go along with some of my favorite things about autumn!
Who else loves driving around in the fall, drinking in the beauty of all the gorgeous colors…
I really don’t care one way or the other for the NFL, but there’s something special about college football… Go Vols!
Crisp, sweet apples are probably my very favorite thing about fall. Apple pie. An apple with peanut butter. Apple cider (hot or cold). Apple butter. And just a yummy Honeycrisp apple by itself!
And of course it wouldn’t be fall without pumpkins and pumpkin pie and pumpkin spice everything…
I may be too old to trick or treat now (and wouldn’t even if i could) but I still love Halloween candy, especially Reese’s pumpkins and Dots. For some reason the only time of year I want Dots is Halloween.
All season long, I look forward to Thanksgiving. While Christmas is my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving comes in a very close second.
What about you? What are some of your fave fall-ish activities? Which of these Fall 2019 covers do you love too?
Oh. My. Goodness.
The Words Between Us.
Is that perfection or what?
Right?!? I drool over it regularly
The Spice King has really captured my attention. I should read it. Great list of reads. 🙂
thanks! and you can never go wrong with an Elizabeth Camden book!
I love the cover of the Spice King. Is it that we lack well-dressed men on historical covers? Imagine if it was the PUMPKIN SPICE KING? haha.
hahahahaha
All of these covers are nice. I think my favorite fall cover is the old edition of Ginger Scott’s Going Long. I loved the oranges on that cover.
ooo i’ll have to look that one up!
I love the way you divided this list up. Very nice.
My TTT.
thanks, Lydia!
YES! Finally, a kindred spirit who likes peanut butter with their apples. I knew I loved you, Carrie.
what’s wrong with people who DON’T like peanut butter with apples??? We clearly have superior tastes 😉
All on my list to read (minus the Amish book). I have read The Spice King and absolutely loved the book. Very appropriate for autumn.
yay!
I love your take on today’s topic! Fall is my favorite season, but unfortunately, fall in Arizona doesn’t look anything like those covers. In fact, it looks an awful lot like summer … ick. I miss real seasons! I least I can enjoy them on book covers, right?
Happy TTT!

ick. that’s not fun. but yes! at least there are always books to live vicariously through 😉
Fall is my absolute favorite time of year! Who can go wrong with Pumpkins, Corn Mazes, Halloween, and best of all, football?! (BTW, I am so glad to know you are a fellow Vols fan! VFL!) All of these covers are gorgeous, but I am most excited about A Match for Emma, Hereafter (loving this series) and The Dating Charade.
