Happy Tuesday everyone! Today’s theme for Top Ten Tuesday (hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl) is Character Traits I Love (submitted by Hannah @ Books Life and Other Oddities). I decided to split these between some fave traits in heroes and heroines that I love when I encounter them on the pages.
There’s a lot (no one here is surprised… i just can’t help myself) so if you need to, just zero in on your fave traits instead of plodding through them all. Of course, I also won’t judge you if you look at each one because – BOOKS đ

While I do have a lot of fave heroines, I only have a couple consistent traits that will endear me to a heroine forever.

Great list! I love that bookish is a character trait because those are some of my favorite. I would also add brooding as a character trait in the heroes. It sounds weird but with heroes like Jake Porter from A Love Like Ours and Gray Delacroix from The Spice King, it’s definitely attractive.
I love a good quirky heroine — just as long as their character makes sense in the story and isn’t too overdone.
