Top Ten Tuesday: Hope Between The Pages

Happy Tuesday! I’m going a bit off script today from the suggested Top Ten Tuesday topic. It’s been a rough last couple of weeks as several sweet friends are facing grief and loss. My heart aches for them, and I found myself drawn to the topic of HOPE for this week’s post. Because, even in the midst of their grief and pain, my friends are still reminding me of the grace of God & the hope we have in Jesus. The books I’m featuring today all have HOPE in the title – and between the pages.

  1. It’s heartening to know that within those covers hope is truly being given. Thanks, Carrie, for the list, for including my book, and for the sweet spirit in you that led you to encourage your hurting friends and others!

  2. Great and timely theme. Years back when I needed a pen name for some true stories written, The Lord gave me “Hope” as a first name. I love that because my given name, after a nice but distant relative, means “Sorrow and Pain.” Great exchange and you’ve presented awesome titles.

I checked all of my shelves and my Goodreads list and found a few more titles. “A Desperate Hope” by Elizabeth Camden, “Hope” by Lori Copeland, “When Hope Blossoms” and “A Hopeful Heart” by Kim Vogel Sawyer, “Jerusalem’s Hope” by Brock and Bodie Thoene, “An Unexpected Hope” by Tammy Gray, “Her Mother’s Hope” by Francine Rivers, “A Tapestry of Hope” and “Hope Rekindled” by Tracie Peterson, and “When Hope Springs New” and “Julia’s Last Hope” by Janette Oke. I had no idea there were so many books with hope in the title, but thanks for a fun walk down memory lane finding these titles!
