Conventional wisdom goes out the window when a surprising development casts suspicion on the least likely suspects.

I asked the author…

What do you most want readers to take away from a baby’s right to choose?

A Baby’s Right to Choose is the book of my heart for the unborn. The story looks at the motivations and moral dilemmas of those caught up in an unplanned, teenage pregnancy. While clearly pro-life, the mystery/suspense genre brings the issues to those who might not read a non-fiction treatise. In a small Midwestern city, a string of murders confounds police with only one common denominator: all of the women visited an abortion clinic. As danger intrudes on the idyllic life of one of the clinic’s counselors, she turns to the faith of her childhood for answers.

David L. Winters is an Ohio author, speaker, and humorist. His fiction works include A Baby’s Right to Choose, Driver Confessional, and Stock Car Inferno. His iconic memoir Sabbatical of the Mind: The Journey from Anxiety to Peace won numerous awards. With Steve Reynolds, Winters wrote Taking God to Work which blends biblical principles with stories from Winters’ many years in management with the Navy and Department of Homeland Security. The pair won a Finalist Designation from the Next Generation Indies Awards for their book.

Love the blurb. A woman deciding not to have an abortion and dead bodies. Sounds good. Thanks for the chance.
