I’ve got to admit, I’d be curious to read this one just because of the location. I grew up a county or two away from Mendocino County, so I always enjoy reading books set up that way.
oh yay!
Thanks for your interest in this book, Mark. I set this series in Mendocino County because it’s one of my favorite places to visit in Northern California. Lots of natural beauty along with interesting history may be found there. Enjoy!
The first line from Bridges by Deborah Raney is:
J.W. McRae braked at the stop sign where St. Charles dead-ended at Clark Tower Read.
I love Deborah’s books!

This is from Tacos for Two, by Betsy St. Amant, ” Love at First Chat Direct Messenger, StrongerMan99, We have got to stop meeting like this.” Like You’ve Got Mail, this would be a great update of the movie!

I’m currently in the middle of One Fine Day by Rachel Hauck and Carrie Padgett. I’m loving it!
“Chloe woke at two a.m. thinking about Sam, and somewhere between brushing her teeth and pinning her beloved beaded clip into her hair, guilt crept up her chest and filled her throat.”
I hope you have an excellent weekend!
