Top Ten Tuesday: Some of my Recent Faves in Romantic Suspense

Happy Tuesday! And happy last day of February – can you believe how quickly 2023 is going by already?? Today’s theme for Top Ten Tuesday is a Genre Freebie, and I decided to talk about some recent faves I’ve read in the romantic suspense genre – my ‘comfort read’ genre, hands down. When I can’t think of what else I’m in the mood to read (we’ve all been there, right?), I can always enjoy a good romantic suspense. And these titles are beyond good!

I love the Veronica Speedwell series! (Her series before that – Lady Julia Grey – was fabulous as well!)

  1. I’ve read about half of these. I think every time I turn around a new one is releasing. I’m looking forward to Natalie Walters new one releasing, though I can’t remember the title name at the moment.

  2. Romantic Suspense… I didn’t realize it has become a genre. I haven’t read any of those authors, but does Sandra Brown fit this genre? I’ve used to read hers a lot back then.

  3. Wow! Thanks for including Driving Force! So happy to hear you love it! I think romance readers who are new to romantic suspense would like it too! Thank you again!!!

I really need to get back to Nancy Mehl’s books. I read Lynn Blackburn’s Under Fire in February. I binged that whole series and loved it all! And Natalie Walters’ SNAP Agency was fabulous! I just saw that Buried Cold Case Secrets elsewhere and need to check that out.

  5. Oooh, all of these are new to me, so thank you for sharing them! I don’t read much romantic suspense as a genre, but I’ve read some romances with a little suspense included, and it’s always a nice touch! Happy reading!
