Happy Tuesday! Today is a freebie theme for Top Ten Tuesday, meaning we can talk about whatever we want. One of my favorite things to talk about is the fairy tale of Cinderella (I even collect versions of it from different countries/cultures), and one of my favorite things to read is a book that either retells the Cinderella story or is inspired by in it in some way. So this week, I’m talking about – you guessed it – Cinderella stories. Some I’ve read (and loved!), some haven’t been released yet, and some are still on my TBR list.

All of these look like books I’d like to read. I’m really looking forward to “An Amish Cinderella” coming out because I already have the first two books in this series. I’m one of those oddballs who likes waiting until all of the books in a series are out before I start reading them because I don’t like having to wait for the next one. 🙂 I love the covers on some of these books! 💗📚
Cinderella’s never particularly been one of my favourite fairytales, although I did really enjoy Cinderella Is Dead by Kalynn Bayron which is a twisted sort of take on the Cinderella tale where the Cinderella story is worshipped and used to oppress the town’s girls as they are all forced to go to the ball every year and be chosen by a man or else risk their lives. Apparently I like the dark versions of Cinderella stories!

haha oh dear! 🙂
I would love to read them all. 😁
me too! 😀 I’ve read a lot of them though 🙂
I’m glad you were able to find so many good ones!
Love the theme of this list as well as the titles you highlighted 😊 Another adorably sweet, gender swapped Cinderella re-telling I love reading is Ashtyn Newbold’s The Midnight Heiress. Oh, and both Laura Ann and Catelyn Meadows have fantastic Cinderella stories in their fairytale series Middleton Prep & Once Upon a Billionaire respectively as well!
