I am reading The Christmas Quilt by Lenora Worth. The first line is:
Her sister was getting married today.
Prologue
Harlow Jones sat in the back seat of her family’s station wagon, looking out the window as the two-story colonial home faded into the distance.
FALLING IN LOVE ON SWEETWATER LANE by Belle Calhoune
I love the cover of your book. I was in New York a few years ago and visited a hotel which was designed in the art deco as if your cover. Love that period of art!
I like that first line. 🙂 Have a great weekend! 🙂
I hope you enjoy this one. I am sad that I can’t go to either event that is coming up with JustReads…but maybe next year if you all do stuff. Have a wonderful weekend!
