I love this week’s Top Ten Tuesday topic – Bookish Settings I Want to Visit. In coming up with my list, I decided very quickly that I needed to narrow my focus down to avoid another Top 100 Tuesday fiasco 😉 So I zeroed in on small town settings… and […]
After a devastating layoff, attorney Eric Nash heads back to the town where he grew up–only to discover that his childhood home is being transformed into a bed & breakfast. Instead of plotting his next career move in peace, he’s constantly distracted by noise, chaos–and BJ Stevens, the attractive but […]
This week’s Top Ten Tuesday theme is “All About Villains” and to be honest I struggled with a topic idea for this one. I don’t have a plethora of favorite villains. In fact, I can’t think of any off the top of my head… unless they end up NOT being […]

This week I’m spotlighting my most anticipated books releasing this summer. Today I’m going to focus on contemporary fiction! Throughout the week, I will also be looking at historical, suspense, collections, and nonfiction. Thin Ice may very well be my favorite yet of Irene Hannon’s romantic suspense offerings. The romance, the suspense, the action, the characters – and their interactions with each other – are all just top-notch. This is definitely a novel I will keep on my favorites shelf to reread.
All week here on the blog, I’m talking about the books coming out in the first half of 2016. Monday, I gave you my contemporary “can’t waits”, Tuesday was the historicals’ turn.
Today I am pleased to present my list of the mystery/suspense books I’m most excited about from January to June 2016!
A couple of weeks ago, I brought you a new list each day of the best books I read in 2015. This week will be similar except I will be talking about the books I’m most anticipating for the first half of 2016.
Let’s kick off the week with the contemporary genre!
It’s that time of year when everyone is making lists and checking them twice. Some are finding out who has been naughty and who has been nice. Some are making sure those in their circles of gifting know what they want for Christmas.
Here at Reading Is My SuperPower, I’m making lists too! Every day this week will feature the best books I read in 2015 from different genres.
