This week, we’re talking about resolutions and thankfully the topic was left open-ended. If it had just been book-exclusive, my post would have looked something like “Read. Read. Read. As usual.” So… this way will hopefully be more meaningful đ
This week’s Top Ten Tuesday theme is the books we are most anticipating in the first half of 2016. I started out the list yesterday with my contemporary “can’t waits”. Today I’m going to look at the historical fiction I’m most looking forward to from January to June.
And I’m warning you right now – there’s way more than ten đ
Welcome to this Christmas week edition of Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly blog linkup hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Today’s topic is all about the books we wouldn’t mind seeing under our tree.
Since “all the books” would make for a pretty boring post, I’ve narrowed it down somewhat đ Anyone still looking for Christmasy gift ideas for yours truly, feel free to take notes.
This week’s topic for Top Ten Tuesday is “New-to-me Favorite Authors I Read for the First Time in 2015”. The great thing about starting a book blog this year is that I have been introduced to books by so many wonderful authors I hadn’t read before now! Narrowing down to 10 this week is difficult, so for brevity’s sake I didn’t include debut authors from 2015 in this list.
This week is all about those first novels by new authors, specifically the ones coming up in 2016 that we just can’t wait to read! I’ve picked some of the debut novels I’m most excited about – and then also some books by established authors who are starting either a new series or a new direction.
In honor of the upcoming holiday, I am dedicating this week’s Top Ten Tuesday to the fictional families I would most like to join for Thanksgiving. So, grab a plate, pile it high with all your favorite foods, and settle in for my dream invite list.
